Payments
- We use PayPal to process payments securely.
- You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.
- When you reach the PayPal page simply select ‘Pay by card’.
- Credit cards accepted include: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Your receipt will be emailed to you immediately after the transaction is complete.

We can process secure payments over the phone using a credit or debit card, and will send the receipt with your parcel.
Shipping
- All products are shipped via Australia Post. It is affordable compared to other services, fast and reliable.
- Parcels can be tracked via Australia Post Tracking.
- Dynamic pricing comes directly from the Australia Post server for the most up-to-date domestic and international rates.
- We aim to dispatch all parcels within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt of an order.
- If your order is received on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.
- If you happen to live in a remote area, it may take a little longer to reach you.
Domestic parcels (Australia-wide)
- Parcel post: takes approx 3 to 6 business days*
- Express post: takes approx 1 to 3+ business days*
International parcels
- Standard post: takes approx 5 to 10 business days*†
- Express post: takes approx 4 to 6 business days*†

Eco-conscious packaging
We are committed to minimising our carbon footprint:
- Our products are delivered in paper parcel packs where possible, or recyclable plastic satchels only when absolutely necessary.
- We avoid excess wrapping, ties and tape.
- We use recycled and/or recyclable materials wherever we can.
