All our products come with a 12 month Warranty.
- We always try to repair any product, to minimize waste and reduce its carbon footprint.
- Otherwise we will replace the item and mail the new one to you free of charge.
Brought a bag but got the wrong color, shape or size?
- No Problem, contact us below and we’ll sort it out for you asap.
- Keep the product in good condition, so we can find it a new home.
- You’ll need to pay for round trip postage, but that’s it.
- If the value for the new product is lower than the old one you’ll get a store credit towards your next awesome gear.
