All our products come with a 12 month warranty

• In the event a product fails, we will always attempt a repair to minimise waste and reduce our carbon footprint.
• If we are unable to repair the item, we will offer you a replacement of the same or similar model and mail the new one to you free of charge.

Bought a bag but got the wrong colour, shape or size?

• No problem. Simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of your item and we will arrange an exchange asap.
• Keep the item in good condition, so we can find it a new home.
• To make an exchange, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us, any difference in price if exchanging for a more expensive item, and the cost for us to ship the replacement item back to you.
• If the value of the replacement product is lower than your original purchase, you will receive a store credit for your next order.
