TTTM Tribe guarantee

All Ticket to the Moon (TTTM) products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty or legal guarantee.

TTTM offer an additional 8-year limited commercial warranty extension against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for their standard product range. This means registered standard products can receive up to 10 years of total protection from the date of purchase.

Understanding wear and tear vs defects

TTTM products are made from high-performance materials designed to be lightweight, strong, and packable. However, these materials can also be sensitive to environmental exposure and improper handling.

This warranty does not cover:

• UV degradation caused by prolonged sunlight exposure, which can make nylon brittle or discolored.
• Weather or environmental damage, including wind, rain exposure over time, mold, campfire sparks, embers, or animal damage.
• Improper use.
• Damage from sharp or rough objects, including jewelry, stones, or rough ground contact.
• Any modification or unauthorised repair.

Repair policy

We believe in sustainability. If your item suffers a small puncture or burn (up to 5 cm), it doesn’t mean it’s trash.

Repair patches

TTTM provide specialised nylon repair patches available for shipping directly to you.

For faster fixes, standard nylon repair tape or patches sourced from local outdoor retailers are often compatible.

Washing instructions

• Gentle machine wash or hand wash up to 30°C.
• Avoid bleach and harsh chemical detergents.
• Dry immediately after rinsing by hanging it up or spreading over clean ground (avoid rough objects).

Maximise product lifespan

• Always store in its carry pouch in a cool, dry place when not in use
• Constant exposure to the elements will significantly reduce the life of the fabric.
• Avoid playing near dogs or animals that may puncture or damage the fabric.
• Avoid playing on rough terrain or near sharp objects (rocks, pointy tree branches, jewellery).
